About the Role
The Delivery and Installation role – it’s all about customer experience:
• Meeting clients - Customer facing position
• Be part of two-person team to deliver, install, connect, test and commission domestic appliances (e.g., washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, fridges, ovens) in our customers' homes
• Carry out parts replacement / basic repair where required
• Attach kitchen furniture doors to integrated appliances
• Review and record work details using App on Company provided smart phone
• Disposal of all waste items and packaging
• Monday to Friday plus potential weekend working
• Unloading delivery vehicles at the warehouse, general stock handling and team duties.

Requirements
We are keen for candidates to apply who can evidence some basic electrical skills / knowledge and, preferably, some delivery experience.
Basic understanding of electrical principles / safety
Customer friendly and organised approach
Great customer service skills are required.
Team player - suited to working effectively in a 2-person team
Able to cope with physical requirements of the role (heavy lifting)
Valid driving licence and able to be based from our Colchester/Ardleigh Office
Keen to learn with possibility to build a career as domestic appliance / white goods engineer
