About the Role
The Delivery and Installation role – it’s all about customer experience:
• Meeting clients - Customer facing position
• Testing, diagnosing, and fixing white goods in our customers’ homes (e.g., washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, fridges, ovens) in our customers' homes
• Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively
• Testing, diagnosing, and fixing white goods in our customers’ homes
• Attach kitchen furniture doors to integrated appliances
• Review and record work details using App on Company provided smart phone
• Disposal of all waste items and packaging Unloading delivery vehicles at the warehouse, general stock handling and team duties.
• Monday to Friday plus potential weekend working
A lot of the job comes down to skill and efficiency but also building a rapport with customers is just as important.
You will need:
• Ideally experience in White Goods repairs
• Full UK/EU driving licence

Requirements

Understanding of electrical principles / safety
Customer friendly and organised approach with great customer service skills
Provide and implement technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
Team player – with ability to working effectively in a 2-person team
Able to cope with physical requirements of the role (heavy lifting)
Valid driving licence and able to be based from our Colchester/Ardleigh Office
