Celebrating 10 years of GS Appliance ltd
Today marks the 10th anniversary of the company on 29 January 2014 I ventured in to business of oven cleaning and appliance repairs, I had been in the industry for a few years before I decided to start the business gaining years of experience in multiple roles as a appliance engineer. Which gave me the opportunity to procced to the next step in my career. I felt like I had all the tools to be able to step out of my comfort zone.
never thought I would continue to be running the business as it was a very slow start in the first few years but investing my last savings into tools and a van to start working. I set out with the goal to clean ovens and build a customer base. Over the last 10 years we have built up a great client base meeting 1000s of customers along the way. Who have supported my business and allowing me to continue to grow a lot of these customers 10 years on we are still continuing to work for them.
The journey hasn’t been plain sailing its taken a lot of hard work and determination. One thing I knew was I has nothing to lose and very little to look back so keep working all the hours to make sure that I always stayed on the correct path and achieved my goals. It’s a very proud day and all the hard work that I have put it makes the journey that more meaningful understanding the challenged that I was faced with and not understanding every aspect of running a business is one of the main challenges but having a great support network around me really has helped me get to this point
Looking back over the last 10 years I really have achieved so much. Now running a family run business and supporting a great team of engineers and giving them the experience and supporting them through their careers. Is now one of the things I really enjoy about running my own business. I really enjoy running the company and the future looks very bright, I hope the next years will be as successful as the last 10 years
I would like to thank every single customer new and old which uses Gs Appliance, This wouldn’t be possible without all the suppliers and the business that work so hard to continue to work along side us on a daily basis. I really appreciate everyone and thank you for making my dream to start a business come true.
